BCVPR.com provides highly targeted property listing profiles for British Columbia vacation rental property owners and/or their representatives (hereby referred to as clients), as well as easily searched and accessible information to visitors seeking accommodations in BC (hereby referred to as viewers).


Privacy Policy

Maintaining the privacy of our visitors and clients is of utmost importance. Any personal or contact information collected on this site will solely be used in conducting business and communications with BCVPR.com admin staff, clients and site visitors. No personal or contact information will be disclosed, sold or otherwise supplied to any third party for any purpose.

Contact information such as email, telephone and website links will be displayed on property listing profiles only as disclosed in the sign up form. If at any point contact information is to be changed, or there is a desire to cease publication of this information, please contact us for removal of that information.

Our site takes precautions to mask email information to prevent email harvesting bots and other implements of spam, however these measures can be evaded as sophisticated scripts are adapted. BCVPR.com will not be held liable for any spam or unwanted email or website traffic that might result from information being made publicly available by a property listing at BCVPR.com.

BCVPR.com reservers the right to collect and share with clients generic statistical data referencing site searches, categories accessed and general site traffic. This data will be entirely generic in nature and does not indicate any particular individual's usage pattern.


BCVPR Terms of Use

1. Terms
Use of this website implies acceptance of BCVPR.com terms of use and agreement to uphold the spirit of this document.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Clients creating profiles for their properties are solely responsible for the content they post. Text and images should be free of copyright protection and the sole intellectual property of the client. Any copyright materials posted by clients and any damages caused therein are the sole responsibility of the client. The client agrees to hold BCVPR.com free of any liability or responsibility arising from a copyright complaint.

Clients and viewers agree to inform BCVPR.com admin team of any copyright infraction or questionable content prior to making a complaint in order to allow prompt resolution. Clients agree to allow BCVPR.com to display client content such as advertising copy and photographs provided in the listing submission, or in the case of express listings, extracted by the BCVPR.com listing specialist, without limitations, on BCVPR.com regardless of copyright restrictions, for the purpose of advertising the client's property.

Clients agree to allow BCVPR.com to modify their property listing profile to remove any reported copyright infringement in cases of complaint.

3. Accuracy of Information
Clients agree to describe property and feature images and description with accuracy and honesty. Clients will uphold good business practices and maintain a positive, professional image when communicating with viewers. Client agrees profile publication is dependent on continued good business practices and professional representation of client rental business, in order to maintain the quality, reputation and usability of BCVPR.com

Viewers agree to hold BCVPR.com free from any liability or damages that may arise from use of BCVPR.com client services, rental of property or any business relationship there entered upon.

BCVPR.com is not liable for client actions, claims or representations, nor does it in any way endorse or affiliate with any client business.

4. Profile Listing Publication
The property listing profiles fee pays for the initial activation, evaluation and publication of the profile. Property listing profiles will then remain published on BCVPR.com for one year free of additional charge. This year of publication can not be prorated or refunded in part. BCVPR.com will not be held liable for any server downtimes, website malfunctions, inaccessibility, or other reasons for which the profile or website may become unavailable to viewers. Listings appear in the appropriate regional and city category in alphabetical order. There is no priority or "top of the list" ad feature available at this time.

The ultimate goal of the BCVPR.com is client satisfaction. If for any reason, a client is dissatisfied with the status, appearance or any other aspect of their listing, client agrees to contact and explain concerns in order to facilitate client service and allow the BCVPR.com team to assist.

Use of BCVPR.com constitutes acceptance of and agreement to terms and conditions of use contained within this document as well as acceptance of local, regional and international laws and regulations related to the use of resources of this type.
